Description

Apartment 3, located on the second floor, is air-conditioned and offers a surface area of 29m². The apartment has been designed and furnished to provide all the necessary comforts for both short stays and long-term rentals. This apartment opens onto the roofs with the church in the back ground.

· There is a small kitchen equipped with a sink, refrigerator/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, 2 induction hobs, combined microwave, cabinets, and a table with 2 chairs.
· The living area features a TV (with international channels) and a comfortable sofa (convertible into a 1-person bed - 100X195cm), with a window offering views of the rooftops and the church.
· The bedroom, separated by a glass partition, offers a very comfortable queen-size bed (160X200) and a wardrobe.
· The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and a sink, with separate toilets available.

· A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is freely accessible in the common area.
· There is an individual, private, and secure bicycle storage room on the ground floor.
· Public parking is available 50m away (paid from April to September) or free public parking 200m away.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the village, on the school square. All restaurants and shops are within a radius of 200m: bakeries, outdoor cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, butchers, art galleries, bike rental shops, etc.

The street is pedestrian but accessible to residents (which is convenient, especially for loading/unloading luggage!).
