This beautiful luxury villa is located in the hills of Bedoin, just a few minutes’ walk from the village center, in a quiet residential area. With its elevated position, this new vacation home offers an exceptional view of the village of Bedoin and the distant Monts de Vaucluse. Its carefully designed decor highlights raw materials and generous spaces. Guaranteed to steal your heart!
INSIDE (around 225m²):
On the ground floor:
- Entrance hall with glass partition: separate toilet, sink, and closet;
- Dining room: large table and 8 chairs; wide glass doors open onto the terrace with a view of Bedoin;
- Open kitchen: large oven, induction hobs (5 burners), filter coffee maker + Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, sink, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator; central island: wine fridge and 4 stools;
- Living room: 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV;
- Utility room: refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer, sink, ironing board and iron;
