This family home is located in the Vaucluse, between Crillon le Brave, Caromb, and Mazan, at the heart of the Mont Ventoux vineyard. This 1970s house spans two independent levels connected by an external staircase and an internal staircase. This unique configuration is particularly suitable for two families, each able to enjoy its own floor with full autonomy (as each level has its own kitchen).

On the ground floor:

- Bedroom 4 (13m²): king size bed (180x200cm), wardrobe, and an alcove washbasin;
- Bedroom 5 (15m²): 2 single beds (2x90x200cm), wardrobe;
- Shower room 3 (shared between bedrooms 4 and 5): shower, washbasin, hair dryer; washing machine and dryer;
- Separate toilet;
- Kitchen: electric hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher;
- Large living room open to the veranda:
   - Lounge area: 2 sofas, 2 rocking chairs, Smart TV, DVD player, stereo system;
