Outside, you'll find a haven of peace set in magnificent grounds planted with trees. You can relax by the pool or enjoy a delicious meal al fresco on the terrace. The peace and tranquillity of the setting, accompanied by the gentle chirping of the birds, will guarantee you moments of absolute relaxation.

- Bedroom 4 (17 m²): king size bed (180x200cm), built-in wardrobe (hallway), TV;
- Baby room (6 m²): wooden crib, chest of drawers, stuffed animals;

- Large wooded garden of 1 hectare divided into two parts: the first completely enclosed (fence and wall) and the second which is not; secured by an electric gate;

NB: the owner, a former 2nd degree tennis instructor, offers 2 introductory lessons per week if you are interested (black-soled sports shoes are not allowed on the tennis court)
